Industry studies show that 75% hit quota’s just ten years ago. Today only 25% do, which drives their frenetic win at all cost behavior onto you.
Support Staff, such as Customer Service and Project Implementation personnel, are constantly worried about job security as they’re often the first to go when organizations downsize due to lagging profits. Those who remain are tremendously overloaded with work to perform, which drives lackluster focus and time spent with you.
